Consent you give when submitting

Every submission requires explicit confirmation that:

• the Thank You reflects your genuine experience;
• you have permission to share the content and from any people appearing in it;
• you understand it may be published publicly;
• you understand you should not reveal private medical information you don’t want public;
• you accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

These confirmations are stored with your submission, together with the policy versions you accepted.

Children in photos, audio, or video

If a child appears in uploaded media, the submitter must confirm they are the child’s parent or legal guardian, or that they have appropriate consent. Submissions without this confirmation are not accepted.

Attribution choices

You choose whether to appear with your full name, first name only, or anonymously. Your verified mobile number is never published, whatever you choose.

Withdrawal of consent

You may withdraw consent and request removal at any time through the Removal Request page. People appearing in a Thank You who did not consent may also request removal.
